Connie A. Cobbs

CONNIE A COBBS of Winchester, passed this life on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Southern Tennessee Regional Hospital in Winchester at the age of 68. A native of Birmingham, AL, she was the daughter of the late Arlie and Zula Sparks. Connie was a member of Cowan Baptist Church and enjoyed going shopping, working crossword puzzles and painting by numbers on her phone and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Wanda Price; her son, Billy Jo Ross and her sister, Mary Cabnis.

Connie is survived by her husband, Phillip Cobbs of Winchester; daughter, Jennie McLaughlin and her husband, Vern of Estill Springs; grandchildren, Daniel Towns, Tyler Ross, Haley Ross, Kattie McLaughlin and Jenna Ross; mother-in-law, Wanda Cobbs of Oklahoma City; father-in-law, Verlin Cobbs of Yukon, OK and sister-in-law, Brenda Cobbs of Oklahoma City.

Services are scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 3 PM at Grant Funeral Services. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until the funeral time. GRANT FUNERAL SERVICES IN CHARGE OF ARRANGEMENTS
