Tennessee AG Secures Nationwide Win Against Biden Title IX Rules

In a significant legal triumph, Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti announced on Thursday that he has secured a nationwide victory against the Biden Administration's Title IX regulations.

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky delivered a ruling stating that the U.S. Department of Education's Title IX rules, which posed potential risks to girls' privacy in locker rooms and bathrooms, as well as mandated that teachers and administrators use pronouns inconsistent with students’ biological sex, exceeded the federal government’s authority and were in violation of the Constitution.
